How are you doing?

I am well.

Just after Easter, you may be reflecting on how have the first 3 months of the year gone for you.

Considering questions such as:

• Am I where I want to be right now in my career?

• Did I take the necessary action to make things happen?

• What went well?

• What could I improve?

• What do I need to STOP?

• What do I need to start?

And it's great to reflect on, what am I spending my time on?

Are things that I am currently doing helpful, valuable and useful?

Or are there things that I am doing that aren't actually yielding the results?

And if you're using LinkedIn for career advancement as you should be, you wonder if you should contribute to collaborative articles.

❌ It takes you away from generating your own content - Which is more powerful in demonstrating your thought leadership
