Dear Wonderful Woman,
How are you doing?
I'm well.
Today, I'm musing about learning and being proactive in seeing your opportunities for growth.
Growth can be exciting, fun and at the same time it can be scary, uncomfortable and painful.
When you think about navigating your career and your opportunity to:
😍 Make your biggest impact
😍 To deepen your expertise
😍 To increase your market value
😍 To use your voice
😍 To build your personal brand
😍 To get your dream job
😍 To get that promotion
😍 To expand your network
It stems from learning to believe in yourself and your ability to go beyond current career situation. To embrace and commit to your brilliant future. To be proactive in taking your opportunities gain knowledge, to uplevel your skills and to embrace an imperfect journey of personal growth and development.
Today, I ask you to reflect on these questions on your learning habits:
- How can I have a regular habit to review my skills?
- Do I regularly intentionally consider what skills I need to practice for my current career goals?
- How do I future proof my skills for my profession or for my next career move?
- What can I do to practice and use the skills I need for career growth?
Hit reply and let me do you have an intentional habit for learning and keeping your skills up to date?
Always be open to stepping out of your comfort zone, learning, and expanding your potential.
Go for It! 🙌🏾
Warm Regards,
Ekua
