It's time for a change.

September is a time in the year, for reflection, for planning and time to change or reset to close out 2023 STRONG.

There are some stories you have been holding onto up until this point in the year about why:

Now isn't the time to re-evaluate and to do it differently

I'm not good enough or I'm not ready

It won't work for me

I've not gotten the result in the past and so I never will

I've failed in the past so it won't happen for me

The fear of hearing "No"

The discomfort of asking for what you

The story or the beliefs that are holding you back don't serve you.

Let's commit to looking at 1 of these stories, and re-framing it.

Deciding to let go and to write your new story, of possibility, opportunity, seeking solutions and taking action.

Now is the time to change your story and to:

📍Decide that the stories no longer serve you

📍To choose courage

📍To choose growth

📍To embrace the uncertainty of change

📍To ask yourself different questions

📍To bet on yourself, take your opportunities and take different actions

Today I want to remind you that:

🌟 You're more capable than you believe

🌟 You have survived your toughest career moments

🌟 You're unique gifts and talents are needed

Now is the moment to dial up your belief in yourself, to take ownership of where you are in your career right now and to decide if want different and better.
