In tough times, it is important to be conscious about what โwe feed our mindsโ, โour dominant thoughtsโ and who we surround ourselves with.
I'd like you to check in with yourself today with these 3 questions:
1 What are my top 3 thoughts? Do these thoughts serve me?
2 Is there something I've been holding onto that's bothering me and I've not dealt with?
3 Have I let someone else's negativity cloud my perception and my opportunities?
What You think determines your reality, and so creating a reality that helps you to get through the tough times will also serve you in the good times.
Your mind, just like your body needs to exercised, and primed in the right way so that even in tough times, you acknowledge your challenges, and crucially you are minded to see the bigger picture, the opportunities and have an appreciation for what is ALREADY YOURS. ๐๐๐พ๐

โ Remember Not Every thought you THINK is TRUE! - So ask yourself questions or ask a friend!
โ Schedule downtime and rest. Looking after your well-being is a key to your success! Take a break, go outside, call a friend, watch something that makes you laugh or is enjoyable!
