Can I sleep my way to Career Success?

Dear Wonderful Woman, 


How are you doing? 


I'm well.


The summer is a wonderful change of season. There are lighter evenings. There is generally warmer weather.


And with that we have the opportunity to assess where we are in our career right now. To give yourself grace, the room to acknowledge what's working well and where you can improve.


Sometimes it is hard to find that balance between putting in the work and keeping healthy habits to support your health and well-being.


Do you need to ease up on the gas pedal?


Because it can be hard to focus when you're tired, when you're not getting enough sleep and your feeling Burnout or overwhelmed.


Today I want you reflect on these 4 well-being questions:


  1. How can I improve my sleep quality and wind down routine?
  2. What time have I booked off to rest this summer?
  3. How can I use my weekends to rest, unplug and invest time in activities that replenish me?
  4. What can I do to support my mental and physical health daily?


One of the secrets to career success is cultivating a mindset that your success is not at the expense of your health or well-being.
