Dear Wonderful Woman,

I hope you're well. I hope that this first week of 2021 is going well for you.

I know that international events this week have been quite tense with the Capitol Building in America being stormed by a violent and angry mob of loyal Trump Supporters. We have yet again seen double standards being applied and you may feel angry, saddened or frustrated. Take a moment to acknowledge and process your feelings. I urge you to have hope that with a different administration and President that new ways of operating will be implemented.

As we're just in the first week of this New Year, I'd like to share with you my hope that this year you'll invest in building confidence in yourself, to enable you to achieve your BIG Career and Business Goals. 

Let me be brutally honest, women are at the fore front of keeping our communities together. Teaching, parenting and looking after parents, relatives or siblings. Now more than ever during this global pandemic women are indeed the ones that are keeping things going. In so doing they can sometimes be taken for-granted and their efforts be invisible or unnoticed. I want to thank you for all that you are doing in this arena.

I now want you to stand up and to be counted for the work that you are doing at your job, to come out of the shadows and to get the recognition that you deserve. Now more than ever is a moment for Women to speak-up, and to be visible at their workplace, and be the powerful change agents that make a difference in many work places around the world. Stand up and let your voice be heard and go for what you want!
