How are you doing?

I've been musing about my own FACTS recently.

You see like everybody else sometimes I don't choose to the see the opportunity of my own current FACTS.

Your FACTS do not have to be a source for:

❌ Keeping you playing small

❌ For you believing that there is nothing more to do

❌ Making you feel like a Failure

❌ Making you feel ashamed or embarrassed

❌ Overwhelmed, stuck and frustrated

❌ Keeping you in a long-term relationship with your excuses and reasons why not

Nope, you have the opportunity to change how you frame your FACTS and what you enable them to do to support your career growth and development.

I encourage you to see the opportunity in your FACTS too:

✅ Check in with yourself and ask have your really Done everything?

✅ To change your narrative about your facts and to embrace that you're not there yet

✅ To commit to seeking opportunities to try new things, ways and methods to move your needle forward

✅ To commit to thinking differently about your career goal and how it can be achieved

✅ To give yourself the best opportunity by working through any negative ruminating thoughts and to practice the thoughts that give you inspiration, clarity and focus

✅ To believe that your FACTS can change, and putting in the work into exploring the things that give you discomfort and fear because it is those things which have the potential to change the game and the status of your current FACTS (Go beyond your Comfort Zone!)
