1 Create A Wins Hall of Fame


It's really good to be reminded of your past wins and moments that made you feel proud. Get yourself a board and fill it with photos, positive feedback, certificates, awards and things that remind you of past career wins.


Have you got a Wins Hall of Fame or equivalent?


2 Ask a Friend


Reach out to a friend and take some time to appreciate each other and to remind each other of wins that you've had at work in the past or even that week. By doing it with a friend you can be reminded of something you've forgotten!

3 Write down and Celebrate 3 Wins


Write down 3 wins ideally from the past week, or if you're struggling look to the last month. Writing down your wins and acknowledging them helps you to see them and appreciate them.

Building a sense of appreciation for where you are now, helps you to build your confidence. Our ability to grow and overcome our challenges grows when recognize what we have now in our career as we journey to working towards our career goal for 2023.
