Dear Wonderful Woman,


I hope this email finds you doing well.


Recently I've been feeling a bit Burntout and stuck with thoughts that were not serving me for about 2 weeks. I tried to ignore these thoughts until they began to affect my body. Then I realised that I would have to accept my feelings in order to remedy the situation. When you get feelings of stagnation, impatience and thoughts that don't serve you, facing them is better rather than trying to repress them.


Here are a couple of ways to work through them:


Take a Break!

Take a walk.

Go for a run.

Do some Yoga.

Insert your own!
