How are you doing? I am well.

I have been doing things differently and it seems to be working for me. And no this isn't about to be some story of how within 5 minuets I went from devastation to a great victory!

No this is a different kind of story, it's a story about noticing the almost imperceivable shifts, about building moment and not being there yet.

Because whilst so often we are impatient to get there and to reach that great height, we almost forget what it took to get there.

And that's what I want to talk about in the newsletter it about the getting there about getting honest with ourselves about what we're doing and what we're not doing!

If I am honest I have a problem that is very common in the coaching industry and that is not bridging my own knowing doing gap! It's so easy to help your clients to get where they want to go. And yet one of the most needy clients is YOU and often we don't do the work, "we think we do" and then we realise that we're getting the same results!

Here are 3 ways to assess if we're really doing what we need to be doing:

✅ Have I really tried something new or different?

✅ Have I asked for a different perspective from someone I hold in high esteem?

✅Have I tracked and reviewed the results? When it worked what did I do? How can I replicate this again?
