It is time to reflect and re-assess?

Dear Wonderful Woman,
How are you doing?
I'm well.
It's now the beginning of last 3 months of this year!
How do you feel about that?
Often it can feel like, we have to go, go, go!
Or that with the end of the year approaching it's time wind up the drawbridge and mentally check out and start to think, I'll get started on that next year.
Now is the time to take a moment to reflect and to think about:
- What is working well?
- What isn't working so well?
- What thoughts are helping me take inspired action?
- What thoughts aren't serving me and what can I do to challenge them?
- Do I have clarity about what I want in my career right and am I actively pursuing my career goal?
It's also an opportunity to consider how am looking after myself to in terms of:
Self-Care
Health
Mental Health
Wellbeing
Because today is mental health day and I am reminded that investing in your health and well-being is an essential part of building your unique version of career success.
It's easy to put yourself last on the list, as you're working, tending to your family, giving to your community and those you care about.
Today I'm taking the opportunity to remind you and me that our success depends on being healthy.
Use these 3 tips to build in daily self-care:
Invest in getting good sleep and improving your sleep habits
Spend 20 minutes outside in nature, taking a walk, visit a park
Learn to say No and build your personal and professional boundaries
You have 3 months before 2024 will be here, so get clear on your vision, your values, your actions and what you're committing to work on before 2023 is done!
