What is it time to stop?

Dear Wonderful Woman,


How are doing?


I'm doing great!


I feel like it's been a minute since I last did this newsletter!


And whilst I've been in a whirlwind of activity, yesterday I was reminded of a very important lesson by a very impressive business coach.


Now what he said, wasn't ground-breaking or anything that hasn't been said before.


However, it resonated with me on so many levels and it was:


Sleep is so important, track it, monitor it.


Most importantly choose a bedtime and stick to it!


My sleep hasn't been good for a while and I've been carrying on regardless because I could. I'd been implementing band-aid solutions.


Yesterday I decided to commit to a new bedtime and wake-up time.


Now whilst this sounds simple, it's also about the organisation that goes into making it that is the real thing!


It's month 7 of the year.
