Dear Wonderful Woman & Allies,
Happy Monday! ππΎπ
How are you doing? I'm good thanks. πππ
This weekend we put up the Christmas tree and began decorating the house. πI baked some cupcakes and visited my in-laws. π₯°ππ₯°ππ₯°ππ₯°ππ₯°ππ₯°π
Throughout December I will be sharing useful lessons and tips for your End of Year Glow up starting on those positive habits before the New Year!
Lesson 3: Ask for Help π― π―π― π―
Asking for help doesn't always feel comfortable because of the stories about what we tell ourselves asking for help means.
The judgement we put on ourselves for not being smart enough, capable enough or feeling people like us can't ask for help because it would be a sign of weakness.
All false stories!
The truth about asking for help is that gets you further faster and closer to where you want to be than you would be struggling by yourself.
Today, I simply want to encourage you to seek the help that could make ALL the difference for your career in 2025 and to ask for help.
Today I am rooting for you to:
Stay present in your opportunity today, to go beyond your comfort zone.
To decide that your dreams are worth more than any temporary discomfort.
To ditch trying to do it perfectly, because perfection doesn't exist.
To decide to put fear in the back seat and to keep focussed and taking intentional action.
To decide that NOW is your moment, your time and stop hiding and put yourself out there full power like you're in it to win it!
I believe in you. ππ€©ππΎππΎπ₯ππ€©ππΎππΎπ₯ππ€©ππΎππΎπ₯ππ€©ππΎππΎπ₯ππ€©ππΎππΎπ₯
Borrow my belief and do something today that will take you a step closer to achieving your career goal for 2025!
What would you add to the list that's important to you about believing in yourself?
At this time of year, you reflect and plan for the New Year.
Don't forget to celebrate Your Wins! πππππ
You may also find this post helpful if you're struggling for Wins.
