How are you doing?

I have not been well.

I've had a cold and I've done that thing where I tried to ignore it and so it got worse.

It was like she's not listening to us, we need to get her attention and so the shivers and the coughing began.

And so what has this got to do with what's possible for you in your career right now?

Sometimes we don't listen to our body or we ignore the difficult thing that we need to do because we think we can.

Until the day you can no longer ignore it and it becomes a crisis.

Today is the first day of brand new month, and an opportunity to fine-tune your mindset as you head into the close of the year in your career.
