How to STOP mentally sabotaging yourself

Dear Wonderful Woman,
I hope you've had an awesome start to your day.
I've been feeling stuck recently. I've come out of it and I have realised that I have so much to give. I need to practice what I preach!! That is believing in my own unique gifts and talents.
Recently I've been thinking about mental health and mental resilience. About releasing yourself from the things that keep you stuck. I know it can be easy to get stuck with negative thoughts and not be able to "tell them to shove off!" When you really want to tell them they're not welcome here anymore!
I feel like, I'd like to burst into song to help us, banish those un-helpful thoughts. I'm hearing Gloria Gaynor in my mind as I type:
"Go on now go, walk out the door.
Just turn around now, 'cause you're not welcome anymore.
Weren't you the one who tried to break me with goodbye?
Did you think I'd crumble? Did you think I'd lay down and die?"
And then I'm like You Go Girl!
"Oh no, not I, I will survive.
Oh, as long as I know how to love, I know I'm still alive.
I've got all my life to live, and I've got all my love to give.
And I'll Survive, I will Survive, I will Survive!"
I just wanted to jump on this email to say, sometimes we think we're "doing it ALL", you know we're giving it our all in our pursuit of our goal, to change career, to build a business or whatever your career aspiration is. Sometimes the denial and the negative cloud can be ironically comforting and hard to let go off! Trust me I can totally relate.
What I want for you and myself is for us to have the courage to stop the "pity party". To climb out from this negativity and realise all of the awesome things you can do, be, and have, when you believe in yourself.
You Can & You Will!
We'll do it together.
Go Ladies! Go!
My affirmation to you: "You Inspire me. You will Survive!"

Finally, it's mental health awareness month. So, if you're struggling with your mental health, please don't suffer in silence. For help in the UK visit: Mind Mental Health Charity. For help in the US: National Alliance for Mental Illness Not for Profit. You're not alone, please reach out to a trusted person or organisation.
Together we're together stronger!
Warm Regards,
