Are you ready to be more joyful in January?

Dear Wonderful Woman,


I hope that you're well.


I would like to start this email by reminding you to amplify the positive. The things that bring you joy, happiness and confidence. To focus on what is within your power to change.


January can be a difficult month, it's cold, it's just after the festive season and it can seem like a long year ahead. Mentally it can be one of the toughest months, because you're hopeful for new opportunities, new intentions and new goals but you may not know how to get there. I believe that you have so much potential and that you can do so much more than you believe.


I'd like you to use this month of January to be a catalyst to working towards the goals that you aspire to achieve for 2021. I encourage you to take action by making a small positive change. I hope that action will help you feel more confident and will make your January a more positive experience.


I believe that by taking positive action and adopting a Growth Mindset you'll become more resilient and optimistic in your career, business and life. I am building a community of Women that would like to be inspired to take daily positive action and to create the career or business of their dreams. Do something differently this January and use my ABC Method to beat the January Blues. Follow these steps:


Action - Take action.


Belief - Believe that it is temporary. Use an affirmation or happy memory that uplifts you.


Cheerfulness - Add something cheerful to your daily routine to make you smile or is mood-enhancing like music, dance, yoga or dance or your happy thing!


One of the biggest shifts that you can make for yourself is adjusting your thoughts about how you feel about this month. Then taking focussed action during this month to enhance your mood.


I have given you the ABC method as a guide to help you feel more positive and to help you to take action. I hope that this will make January a more bearable month.


So, limited to this month, I'm running my Positivity Hour which will use my ABC method to put a spring in your step and have you dancing in your seat! Together we'll come up with a positive action plan that will give you a little cheerfulness, every day to lift your mood this month. You'll need to send in your happy track and we'll dance to it during your session.
