I was wrong and that's OK.

Dear Wonderful Woman,

How are you doing?

I'm well.

It can be scary putting yourself out there on social media. Trust me I know!

Because you feel like you're being watched and judged.

And what if you get it wrong?

That would be really embarrassing and you'd lose all credibility.

And whilst it's easy to get caught up in our own judgement of ourselves.

One of the biggest lessons that I've learnt is it's not about being perfect it's about how you:

RESPOND

How do you feel?

What do you do with that?

What do you make it mean to you?

And sure you might feel a small sting of not getting it right, but then it's also an opportunity for learning and growth.

The biggest learning for me is what do you make this mean for you. And it's here that you have the opportunity to give yourself a break, not to beat yourself up about it or be too self-critical. When you change what it means to make a mistake, it's more helpful and it doesn't have the power to make you feel like a failure or less than.

Sticking with the theme of responding to challenges you may be facing....

If you're job-hunting, don't let rejection, being ghosted, or treated poorly mean something is wrong with you.

Don't make these challenges mean anything about your awesome gifts and talents.

Your challenges are temporary and they are NOT your Identity.

I'm excited to be sharing a very special time-limited offer for Job-Hunters. 🀩🀩
