How are you doing?

I'm well.

Today I'm reflecting on how long it takes and what it takes to achieve the things that we desire in our career.

There is a temptation to delay, to look for the perfect time to start, and to give in to our fears, self-doubt and worries.

And sometimes we can be in challenging career circumstances that take our time and energy to navigate which wear us down and make us believe that the here and now will always be the same.

You have choices, power, a voice, supporters, and the ability to change your circumstances.

If it is change that you're seeking then you have to be brave, courage and to back yourself when it comes to:

📍Your thinking

📍Your beliefs

📍What intentional action you're taking

📍How you're tending to your self-care

📍Cultivating a mindset that serves you

And if it's time for a reset for the final quater of 2023, then what will you do to give yourself the opportunity to make the change you desire to support your career success.

Reflect on these 3 areas:

Self-Care - What am I doing to be intentional about putting myself first?

Mindset - What am I doing to build my mindset to one that serves me?

Actions - What action do I need to stop and what action would serve me?

This is your reminder that starting before you're ready or 100% certain beats no action at all! Because the more time you wait, the more it costs you in not seizing the opportunities that are already here right now.

Take the smallest step to get started, embrace your journey and believe that you can achieve your biggest career dreams! 😍🤩🙌🏾
