Who would be on your "Personal Board"?

Nov 23, 2020 6:00 pm

Hello Wonderful Woman,

I hope you're well.

I hope that this week has started well and you're open to the possibilities for the week ahead.

I have been interviewing a number of fantastic women on my series, "Silencing your inner critic". One of the ideas that has recently been shared with me is the concept of creating your own "Personal Board", of people outside of your normal network to give you a different perspective, provide different ideas and to hold you accountable for the actions that you say you will undertake. I believe, that sometimes you Do have to get, "a little uncomfortable", to see beyond your current thinking! Check out that episode with Heather Diehl, HERE.

Today, I'm excited to be continuing that conversation and helping you to "silence your inner critic" with Aoife O'Brien at 7pm this evening. She's going to be sharing her insights on Imposter Syndrome, what it's like to re-position your business and how you can create a culture where your employees are "Happier at Work". You've still got time to grab your seat HERE! I'm also speaking to Laura Bentley, That Balanced Life Coach, for working Mums on 25th Nov, and she will be sharing her insights on creating time for yourself, and an actionable tip on how to slay your inner critic. Join is on Weds at 7pm, HERE.

I am on a mission to reach as many women as possible with my book! To celebrate the recent launch of my ebook, Be Your No.1 Cheerleader, available at Amazon, I'm having a price promotion. All of this week my book will be available at 99p or your currency equivalent. Until 28th Nov!

A couple of short reviews:

Audrey C Bampoe, Credit Suisse International

"A recommended encouraging read for any women whether on the entrepreneurial journey or not.”

Bongiwe Bhengue

“Highly engaging, comprehensive, enlightening, a book of great wisdom, tremendously practical also.

I loved each second, minute and hour of reading it. It made me so excited I have already recommended it to my close family and friends. It's a kind of a book that you want to keep close as a close reference friend.”

Ren, Goodreads

"I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book because of its anecdotal tone. I loved the way the author used examples from her own personal experiences and provided space for the reader to make notes of their own. It encouraged self reflection and was very informative."
