Fitness Testing: February 6 – 12
Fitness Testing Week will happen February 6 – 12 at CE23 Academy. It’s time to push limits, set benchmarks, and see how hard work pays off.
Open Gyms: Weekdays 3:00 – 5:00
Open gym sessions happen most weekdays from 3:00 – 5:00.

Join Our Growing Family – K-2 Winter Program
Registration is open! This program helps your child develop fundamental basketball skills, teamwork, and fitness—all while having a ton of fun.
U10 – U16 Programs are still available for registration. Please reach out to us if you or someone you know is interested in joining.
Pro-rated Sign-Up: Missed a few practices? No problem—we’ll adjust the fees to fit.

$5 Balcony Fitness Area
This area is for parents looking to work out during their child’s practice.
The $5 fee applies whether you do a full workout or just a quick stretch—please remember it’s primarily a workout area.
No Outdoor Footwear
Help us keep the gym floor clean and safe! Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the gym.
