Why do I focus on environmental toxins?
We are now seeing emerging research linking adverse health effects due to our body's being overburdened with these chemicals.
There are over 84,000 chemicals that are registered with the EPA being used in our products. Most chemicals have no human safety data.
Common symptoms of toxin overload:
- fatigue
- brain fog
- resistant weight loss
- hormone imbalances
- type 2 diabetes
- bloating
- digestive issues
- skin issues
- and more!
This is a big part in WHY this health challenge was created. I want to bring awareness to reducing your exposure to these chemicals and help support the body through an anti inflammatory plant predominant diet (and the other pillars of health).
