Mar 02, 2022 9:01 pm

Hi everyone!

Today is the official last day to purchase the bundle for $49! After today, it's actually gone forever. You have until 11:59pm PST tonight to buy!

Check out all the Ultimate Plant Based bundle has to offer. By clicking that link, you can scroll through everything you get with the bundle.

This deal is amazing because multiple products in this bundle normally cost more than $49 by themselves, but you get 111 unique products for that price. In all, it's worth over $4600.

I'm not joking when I say there are actually over 1,000 unique recipes in this bundle. That's enough recipes to last for years.

Some of my personal favorites form the bundle:

  • Plant based dips/dressings books
  • "Unseafood" book by Cindy Thompson
  • Dr. McDougall's ultimate weight loss webinar
  • Mason Jar Meal Prep by Tiffany Wilkerson
  • Intro to Gut Health by Dr. Vanessa Mendez
  • Intermittent Fasting by Dr. Csilla Veress
  • Mindful Eating books
  • 6 weeks shredded ab program by Anais Zanotti
  • MULTIPLE recipe books

All this plus 100 more unique webinars, presentations, meal plans and books for $49!

All plant based & oil free!! The Ultimate Plant Based bundle definitely lives up to it's name.

Live on Chef AJ this morning

This morning I went live on Chef AJ and shared one of my all time favorite recipes! It's my low calorie 3 minute brownie mug cake.

It's so easy and you most likely already have all the ingredients!

All you need:

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond powder (or peanut powder)
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder

Using a coffee mug, mash your banana until you get a nice smooth consistency.

Next, add 3 tablespoons of filtered water to your 2 tablespoons of almond powder and mix until creamy. Add this mixture into the banana mug.

Finally, add in your cocoa powder. This will make a very fudgy looking mixture. Once well mixed, place into your microwave for 3 minutes.

Let cool for a minute before eating. You can add a small serving of date syrup or nice cream to it!

Higher protein option:

  • Sub in 1/2 scoop protein powder for one of the scoops of cocoa powder
  • Nuzest is the best for this, and their protein is third party tested for heavy metals. Code DRPEACOCK for 15% off

Higher fat option:

  • Instead of using the almond powder or peanut powder, instead use 1 tablespoon of almond butter (or peanut butter)

Watch the live this morning on Chef AJ to see how I made it!
