Energy muffin recipe + one day left for health bundle!

Happy March 1st everyone!



Below is one of my favorite recipes. My clients love this one so I thought I would start the first day of this month with this delicious recipe.


It's perfect for fueling before, during or after a workout. Especially if you didn't have time to plan a proper meal post exercise!



Energy Muffins

Recipe:


2c oats

1/2 cup raisins

1/4c cherries

2 scoops Nuzest protein powder (code DRPEACOCK)

1/4c maple syrup

4 dates 

1/4c filtered water ow!

2T hemp seeds

2T flax seeds 


Method:


  1. Create an oat flour by grinding the oats. In a large mixing bowl, add in the flour, protein powder, hemp seeds, and flax seeds. Mix well.
  2. Then add in the cherries and raisins. Set aside.
  3. In the same blender, add in water, maple syrup, and dates. Pour this mixture into the large mixing bowl. Add in a little soy milk if needed for creaminess.
  4. Place into camp cake tins and hollow out the middle. Bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes
