Meditation

Friendly reminder that your meditation isn't going to be thought free, and you're getting so much benefit out of giving yourself these few minutes to just breathe.
Today's toxin free switch:
This is an easy one to start implementing! It doesn't require any crazy expenses, and is more about avoiding rather than switching.
Keeping your indoor air clean is a big one, and is usually where I start when I work with clients.
To swap out toxic cleaning products, you can just use a vinegar and water solution! Just mix 1 part warm water with 1 part vinegar.
If you don't like the smell of vinegar or just looking for a different solution, Branch Basics is my all time favorite.
Lastly, an air purifier can be a great solution as it picks up multiple contaminants in the air. My personal favorite is AirDoctor. By clicking that link, you get half off all their products.
Food
Cilantro is the food of the day but I want to emphasize using herbs daily to support your body's detox organs and overall health! These are the powerhouses of the plant kingdom and contain such powerful healing properties:
- anti microbial
- anti fungal
- anti bacterial
- packed with nutrients
- liver supporting
Any herb works, my personal favorites that I use in dishes: dill, rosemary, sage, thyme, parsley & cilantro.
