The CHEAPEST health hack that costs nothing

I wanted to share my favorite ways to boost health with you.
Can you guess what it is? It costs no money... the best part!
It's grounding!
Standing with your bare feet on the earth's surface: sand, rocks, dirt, grass...
Here's how it helps:
The earth provides us with a vast array of electrons. When we ground, we become an extension of the earth's electrical system.
It helps create a shift in us, restoring homeostasis and connecting us to our autonomic nervous system. In other words, it is also helping us tap into our parasympathetic system (there rest and digest part)!
There are actually studies on the health effects of grounding and it's anti inflammatory benefits:
- It mitigates oxidants
- Reduces stress
- Relieves joint pain
- Provides cellular protection (anti aging)
- Improves blood flow
- Sets our biological clock, improves sleep
And one of my favorites... it helps with delayed onset muscle soreness! For all you athletes, this is huge.
Try it: stand with your bare feet on the earth's surface for 15 minutes. Enjoy your connection with nature. A lot of issues arise from our disconnect with nature!
