Kia ora koutou and hello everyone,
Our meeting this week was the last one for 2026. We'll be back in 2027, so stay tuned for dates.
Since the group launched in July 2025, we've held eight meetings. It's a cosy group of five or six regulars, and newcomers and friends are always welcome. Feel free to pass this on to anyone who might enjoy it. Sign up for the mailing list: https://sendfox.com/lp/10z95q
To wrap up the year, I've put together a slide deck with the two activities that got the most discussion: the Sailboat Metaphor and the Golden Mean. It includes guiding questions and video clips from character strengths sessions I've run for career practitioners, so you can try both with your own clients or groups. The deck is free to use with attribution.
