The CDANZ Special Interest Group (SIG) on Character Strengths explores how we can use our strengths to enhance career development and career wellbeing.

Our past meetings have covered topics such as highlighting strengths in STAR interview answers, using strengths to overcome career challenges, set goals and channeling them in networking situations.

Our SIG community continues to grow as a supportive, reflective learning community for CDANZ members and colleagues interested in career development and human flourishing.

The next CDANZ SIG Character Strengths meeting will take place on Tue 16 June 2026, details below. Please feel free to forward the invitation to interested colleagues. You do not have to be a CDANZ member to join our SIG meetings.
