Integrating Chinese Medicine can lead to better quality sleep

Jul 01, 2024 9:09 am

Hi Everyone!

A lot of people have been reporting disturbed sleep or hot flushing/sweating in the night. I am here to assure you that these symptoms do not have to be 'tolerated' and there is so much we can do to help you!

Pay attention to the time you wake in the night as this can indicate glucose stabilization issues or if it's more a 'stress manifestation'.

Also pay attention to what time you go to sleep or actually fall asleep as sometimes if we stay up too late it will cause the body to have a more disrupted sleep pattern as we miss that 'ideal time of night' to be passed out by!

We want to aim to be sleeping by 10-10:30pm. If you stay up very late, work in baby steps by bringing your sleep time forward 30 mins here and there (slowly change the habit).

Start by grabbing the above details on your sleep habits and if you want help-book a time with me below 👇
