How have you and yours been?

One quote to remember from our last session, "The Power of Forgiveness" is this quote by Selwyn Hughes.

"An emotion is never buried dead – it is always buried alive."

The last session may have been the most challenging one for some couples maybe because it reopened past wounds that you wished were gone and forgotten.

Yes, we all have events that we wish never occurred, but we cannot keep hiding from the truth that they happened. We have to brace up and face them with faith, love, and hope. That in my opinion is a better way than burying them and wishing they never get mentioned ever again.

They may keep resurfacing in more ways than we can imagine.

I just thought to encourage everyone on this journey even as we get ready for another interesting session this Friday.
