What are the biggest challenges after a concussion?

Hi,
Well, I didn't have this topic planned in advance. But the idea hit me on Sunday.
Actually it was a much younger and fit kid that hit me. He lowered his shoulder and plowed into me on the "flag" football field on Sunday. I stopped him but he got a bloody nose and I got a concussion in the process.
And suddenly I was an injured athlete again, with all the emotions that go along with it:
- I wanted to get back in the game - but shouldn't.
- I wanted to work out the next day - but shouldn't.
- I'm afraid of how many weeks and games I might miss.
- I'm a little angry at the kid, to be honest.
- I'm frustrated that I can't play the game I love again (I just returned a few weeks ago after missing 3 months with a hand injury).
- I'm afraid that I may lose my skills and/or get out of shape.
- I have concerns about getting another concussion when I do go back, and what the effects of repeated concussions will do to my brain (that I really really on!)
In this video, I admit ... I did go to workout the next day (smh) ... but watch what happened:
Three days later, I looked at the science and was happy to see that lying down and resting for 2+ weeks is NOT recommended!
If you are struggling to come back from concussion or another injury, let me help you get through the emotions and come back as fast (and as safely) as possible with focus and confidence.
