Do I have to be an athlete to join?
Athletes and former athletes are welcome but absolutely not! Already in the membership are business owners, health professionals, musicians ... the only thing you do have to have is a desire to be better, be willing to learn and take action.
Will you be teaching anything, or is this just a supportive community?
BOTH! I will absolutely be teaching skills to help you improve on a regular basis. AND the community will be active and supportive. We get better together.
Will there be assignments to do and will you hold me accountable?
Yes, each teaching module will have specific instructions on how to practice and apply the skills learned. Each member will work at his/her own pace, so there is not a deadline for completion. Accountability will come in the form of encouragement from, and communication with, your fellow Success Stories, as well as comparing your progress to milestones that I will describe throughout the membership. It is important to know you have to do the work, but you will have me and the rest of the group cheering you on.
