Hello

I hope you enjoyed the first two videos of The Dr. Eddie & Erin Show. I include the next few episodes where Erin brought up some topics with honesty. I am blessed to have her guide these interviews.

In the first, we discuss the MOST IMPORTANT mental skill - Focus, how it is essential for performance, and how to improve yours.

In the second, Erin admitted (like many high performers) that she gets caught up in her mistakes. What follows is a transparent discussion about how to improve your relationship with mistakes and truly benefit from them.

Then we had fun in the third, debating the pressure super-star QB Pat Mahomes may feel with his mega-deal, and how it is more similar than different compared to Cam Newton's one year veteran-minimum prove it deal with the Patriots. It comes down to handling the pressure (and - you guessed it - focus!).

Enjoy and be well,

Dr. Eddie

NFL Money and Pressure

  • Money can be a reward or an incentive, but most often it is a distraction
  • Learn how finding internal motivation is much stronger and better than external motivation (for what will you do when the external drive goes away?!?)
