Greetings Myth Lovers,

It's equinox weekend, the seasonal shift from light to dark is imminent.

I'm marking the moment with a Myth as Medicine drop in session, the first time I've run a one-off session, outside of the usual 10 week cycle.

We'll be exploring an old Welsh-Celtic tale of shapeshifting, inspiration and an easily offended Earth Goddess. The cycles of the tale are fascinating and it feels like an apt reminder about the seasonality that affects our lives in so many ways.

It's a rare opportunity for past participants to drop by and say hi and curious folk to come and get a feel for what we're up to. We've got a good number signed up so far, but I'd love to see more familiar faces.

It's 'pay what you can', so very accessible.
