There's the slightest chill in the air and I can feel the first hints of Autumn here in Scotland. Quite the opposite of my recent trip to the desert, but that's another story for another time!

I've been going through feedback from the last course and it's a really heart warming read. We had a special cohort and it felt like the whole course, and each of the stories landed really well. I've been missing it since so am looking forward to starting again, especially as a lead into Winter.

As well as the stories and the course content, the cohort is a key part of the experience. One thing I love about this process is how it develops each time I run it. Each new group brings fresh insights and experience to the table. My background is in Community Development, so it's a priority for me that it feels like a real life experience, with tangible connections, even if gathering via online mediums.
