Gods did August just fly by. We are going through our faux fall here in Seattle as the temperature gets a little more chill and the rain is on the horizon. When you have a moment, why not take a breather and reflect as the changes of seaons hits us. Grab your favourite drink(s), play your favourite music, and journal your thoughts and feelings while being mindful of the way it makes you feel.
