Choose You - Quantum Riff- A Sound and Energy Healing to Boost Your Day - Soundology
Since our first breath our existence has felt dependent on others. Because of this we might develop a warped sense of self. Yet, we are a just as much a gift to our family, tribe, society as they are to us.
We honor the gift we are, by being our true authentic selves. Just like an oxygen mask on an airplane, we must choose to live to help others.
During today’s Quantum Riff, slow down, get present, and choose you. Choose to live your life to fullest of your soul-bility.
Choose You. 💜🎶💜
Thank you for raising vibrations with me.
In love, light, and sound
Delaina
