High Vibe Your Life doesn’t have to mean being positive all the time. You can can simply slip into observer mode. Observer mode is like neutral. Rather than down shifting with a thought, go into neutral and observe. From that space of nothing everything is possible allowing you to shift into a high vibe state of BEing.
During today’s Quantum Riff, we slow down, get present, and by doing so we come into observer mode. BE the consciousness of self. From there you BE the consciousness of oneness.
