The message that came over and over again yesterday was balance via observing is vital to our energy health. We seek balance but many times are seeking balance from one side of the scale. However, when we step into observer mode we shift our perspective to our higher self and then can see and experience balance from our soul perspective.
During today’s Quantum Riff, we slow down, listen to our souls and come into our balanced energy. We feel into our wholeness/oneness and breath in balance.
