I'm so glad you're still hanging in there with me and receiving my newsletters. I want you to know that I certainly don't take your support for granted. I recently changed newsletter providers, so I have a slightly new look to my newsletter. I'm actually in love with the simplicity of it and I hope you like it too.

Can we just take a moment to wonder where this year has gone? Since I started writing, the days seem to blend into each other and before I know it, another week has gone by. At the beginning of the year, I knew both of my boys had milestone birthdays this year, but they seemed far off into the future.

My eldest boy turned 21 the weekend just gone and I wasn't mentally ready to be the mum of a 21 year old. 😭 It feels as though it wasn't all that long ago, when we carefully bundled him up and brought him home from the hospital, terrified we'd do something terribly wrong. He stole our hearts the minute we learned we were pregnant and he's never given it back. We're incredibly proud of everything's he's overcome to be the young man he is today.

You'll be happy to know I reached a milestone on my current WIP, Sarah and AJ's story (hitting that 100K word mark is always satisfying)🍾. I started writing their story back at the beginning of June. It's been more of a challenge than I anticipated and I wanted to ensure AJ's character was just right. I didn't want him to come across sleazy, because really, who offers to knock up a stranger? AJ does, that's who, because he's a ... helpful guy ... yeah, let's go with that! ha! 😏

To celebrate reaching the milestone, I decided I should share the title of their book. So here it is ...

As you know, Sarah is hoping to get pregnant. Her initial plan involves the use of an agency, but she 'unexpectedly' meets AJ along the way, and well ... things—unexpected things—happen which don't quite fit Sarah's initial plan. I hope you love the title as much as I do.

I don't have a release date yet, but as soon as I do, you will be the first to know!
