I hope you're doing well and that you're on target to reach your reading goals or any goals you set for yourself this year. Surprisingly, I'm going to surpass my Goodreads reading goal of 40 books because I'm currently reading book number 40. Woohoo! I set it lower than usual because since starting to write, I have less time to actually read, which is most unsatisfactory. Lately, I've been powering through enemies to lovers books under the guise of 'research'. 😉 Any excuse, right? 🤣 I'd love to know how you're going with your reading goals.
Since my last newsletter, I typed 'the end' on Unexpected Kisses, sent it off to my incredible Beta team for feedback, and finalised the cover and the blurb. Phew! It's been a busy time. I also have a release date. Eeek! 😳
Did you know I design and make my own covers and format my interiors? Yep! I love doing design work. It's often what I'll do when I'm procrastinating. One day I'm hoping to be able to afford a proper graphic designer who'll make better covers, but these will do for now.
I'm also planning some upcoming novellas which feature side characters from previously released titles. Some of them will be part of upcoming anthologies, while others will be released as normal. I'm going to need help with some character names, so you may like to join my Facebook Group (link at the bottom of the newsletter) so you can join in the fun!
Now, without any further delay, the expected release date for Unexpected Kisses is ... November 9, 2022, if all goes to plan. That's not all that far away!
