I have always wondered what these guys did.

I was at a point where I was making N300k every month, I was making plans to move up. Ready to meet my friends who have spent years in the marketing game where they were.

Then, I lost a client.

2 weeks later, another client told me he couldn't afford to pay me anymore.

Barely a week later, I lost another client.

5 days later, I hit rock bottom.

It took 2 months for almost 2 years of work to disintegrate.

I got depressed. Slept very well for a whole night (8pm to 6am). Woke up the next morning and said I was taking over my life.

2 weeks later, I was back to N300k a month again, but I finally figured out what was wrong.

Like every freelancer, I moved from a previous comfort zone to a deadlier comfort zone.

Starting out as a freelancer could be hard or easy, depending on the route you take.

But the growing process has to be continuous.
