Applying for gigs and jobs on freelancing platforms or LinkedIn is going out of style.

If you've been in any of my Digital marketing classes or webinar, you'll know that sending cover letters is no longer a thing!

It works 🌚

But not that much

Now, you can get more gigs with referrals than you did sending 10 proposals a day.

How to get referrals??

Start relationships.

Reach out to potential HRs, contact them personally...highlighting their brand before you. (Don't compliment before making the ask...they know!)
