Your update from Day Zero

Hi

I bet you're aware of all the tetra-packs that you throw into the recycling each week and if you're anything like our family, you're getting through a decent amount of oat milk each week.

Well, we're now working with Overherd to bring you the solution to your oat milk tetrapack nightmare, breathe easy!

That's one of their oat milk powder(!) retail packs. Buying this powdered milk is so much better environmentally than buying traditional oat milk. Vastly less waste, much reduced carbon footprint because only powder is being transported, not the water, but it gets better.....

Not only are we selling the retail packs, but we have oat milk powder on refill too, and as you'll have guessed that means zero packaging for you when you bring your own tub (or refill your empty retail pack).

The product tastes great, it's made from organic oats, is vegan, gluten free. EVERY. BOX. TICKED.

It's in store this week!

Loyalty Points

We're now trialling a loyalty points scheme! Every pound spent online and instore with us earns you a points and those points eventually add up to an automagic discount on your shopping.

You'll need a registered account on our site to earn points, and we can identify you by name at the counter in the shop to log points for all your instore purchases too. The scheme is live with immediate effect.

And just a quick repeat of new about ordering veggies. For those of you who order veg from us on a regular basis, we now need you to let us know in advance of any planned breaks in your normal schedule.

We aim to carry on wasting as close to zero veg as possible. Our best chance of that contuining is when we can adjust our own veg order to fit known demand. So, we now need at least two weeks notice of planned breaks and three weeks would be the icing on the (carrot) cake!

Consider this a deal that benefits everyone, in return for you keeping us up to date on your plans, we can make sure you continue to get the ability to order veg boxes within a couple of days of them being delivered to you.

And we completely understand that sometimes things change at the last minute, that's not a problem, it's the planned breaks that we want to work around. Cheers!
