In collaboration with SESI, we're trialling a home refill system for household cleaning products which will be available to our regular veg box delivery customers in Buxton.

We'll make it available to a few of you initially and expand it as it proves successful. It'll be based on you giving us your own empty bottles labelled with your name and which product you'd like in each one. You can leave empties out on Thursday even if you're not at home when your veg box arrives. Our rider will return them with your next veg box.

For the first couple of months of the trial we'll offer a 10% discount on all these refills too!

Look out for a note in your veg box and we'll provide you with some stickers with which you can label up your bottles.

Washing Up Liquid

Non Bio Laundry Liquid

Fabric Conditioner

Hand Soap

Hand & Body Lotion

Shampoo

Conditioner

Body Wash

You can also give us an empty tub with a lid for us to refill with dishwasher tablets!

SESI are launching their own smaller retail bottles of cleaning products too, and these will be available to buy on our site and in store very soon, so if you're short of a bottle to use for our return and refill scheme, we'd suggest SESI every time.

Don't forget that you can also buy 5 litre versions of the SESI products and return your empties to us, buying a new one as you need it. The 5 litre tubs will be returned to SESI for refilling and reuse elsewhere in their network.

We'd love as many of you as possible who don't call into the shop to refill liquids to join us in this trial, as we know it'll give you the chance to buy more ethical refill goodies with the convenience of a home delivery service.

Talking of veg boxes, if you're in Buxton, please do return your empty cardboard veg boxes to us. You can leave them out when it's dry and it's best to be in the habit of giving them back each time. Note that the bike may be loaded up with orders when it reaches you, so one in one out works best.

Last, and as they say, very much not least, we have the return of organic English asparagus this week. It's really limited though, so it will be first come first served for that. If you get one of our standard sized boxes and would like asparagus as an extra, just pop a note on your order or message us and if we have some left, we'll add it.
