We've deliberately paused our email newsletters since Christmas as we've felt our way through the Winter months and looked for little moments where we can claim back some time to rest. We're not believers in (Jan 1st) New Year's resolutions, as it's definitely still firmly Winter at that time and hardly a time to pretend you're full of vigour. When we follow the seasons, we're finding our energy levels begin to return with Spring's coming and that's perhaps a better time to start putting plans into action.

February 1st marks the traditional coming of Spring with the Imbolc/Imbolg celebration and this is the perfect time to recognise that the seasons are changing and notice the little changes in nature which are already present if we stop and look.

Thank you to all of you who made the end of the year a busy one for us. It was very much needed, and a lovely response to our call for support at what had been a difficult time for us here. To have such heartfelt conversations of support with you has been lovely.

I'll end on a quick note about this Tuesday, 10th Feb. Our normal start and end of day hours apply, but due to electrical work at the shop, we'll be closed for a full hour over the lunchtime period, from 12:15 to 1:15pm.
