Hope the festive season has been a good one for you, or you're enjoying the down time if you're still on a break.

While we'll be back open at the shop soon (Saturday 4th 10am), we very definitely have one foot firmly in the camp of midwinter being a time to rest, we don't believe that it's the time of year for making resolutions.

Mid-winter is a time for dreaming and for rest, and we'd all do well to put off resolutions until Spring comes around and the new shoots of life start to break ground. So, go easy on yourself and get the rest you need, that's what we're evolved for and not the messages of "New Year, New You".

Our next Day Zero delivery day is Thursday 9th January, and we've just re-opened the online shop so you can place your order for that date.
