Ordering online - an update

I just wanted to write again this morning with a bit more help for anyone who has found online ordering not as straight forward as usual.
When you place an order on our site, you do so while logged into your personal account. You may not realise this week to week, as our site remembers your details and where you log into from and as if by magic automatically gives you access to your account.
In the early hours of Monday morning a vital security update happened on the server we run on. To allow this to happen, the server had to “forget” all personal login details. After this update, you won’t automatically be logged in the first time you go to our site, and you’ll see confirmation of that when your name does not appear in the top right corner of the screen.
To fix this, just Log in using your existing email address and password and our site will then send you a security code. Enter the code you’re sent and you’re good to go again.
Note that if you’re normally a “Pick Your Own” veg box customer you only ever get to see that list of veg when you’re logged into your account. If you can’t see it, you’re not logged in, so please follow the instructions given here.
