We did it!!!!!!

What you don’t appreciate cannot multiply.

Hey ,

Today is the final day.

The end of the 60-day Finishing Strong, Starting Stronger series.

And the final law out of the 17 laws.

I want to end this the only way that feels right.

With gratitude.

This is Law 17: Gratitude.

Here’s something I’ve come to deeply understand about life and about God:

People are often more aware of what they didn’t get than what they already have.

You set a goal.

You had expectations.

You prayed.

You planned.

And when the year ends, all you can see is what didn’t happen.

But that mindset quietly robs you.

Let me give a simple example.

You set a goal to hit 1,000 followers this year.

You only got to 200.

And all you feel is disappointment.

But you forget something important.

You didn’t start at 200.

You grew.

That is progress.

And progress deserves gratitude.

One of the greatest secrets of multiplication, both in scripture and in life, is appreciation.

What you don’t appreciate cannot appreciate.

Gratitude is not automatic.

It is intentional.

It is a choice.

You have to consciously decide to see what went right.

You have to deliberately acknowledge growth, even when it didn’t meet your expectations.

As this year ends today, pause.

Be grateful for what happened.

Be grateful for what didn’t happen.

Be grateful for what you understand.

Be grateful for what you don’t even know God protected you from.

Be grateful for life.

For breath.

For strength.

For lessons.

For survival.

For growth.

For second chances.

Be grateful to God.

Not just for answered prayers, but for sustained grace.

Be grateful to your parents or guardians.

Your siblings.

Your friends.

Your colleagues.

Your children.

Your mentors.

Your mentees.

Your leaders.

Your pastors.

People you work with.

People you buy from.

People who showed up.

People who stayed.

Even people who left but taught you something.

And please don’t just think it.

Say it.

Express it.

Tell people you’re grateful.

Send the message.

Make the call.

Say thank you.

Gratitude expressed is gratitude completed.

This is also where I say thank you.

Thank you to every single person who read these emails.

Who stayed till the end.

Who reflected.

Who applied.

Who shared.

Who replied.

Who engaged.

Thank you for trusting me with your time.

Thank you for allowing me into your inbox.

Thank you for walking this journey with me for 60 days.

It means more than you know.

This series ends today.

But the journey doesn’t stop.

Going forward into the new year, I’ll be writing to you more openly.

Sharing lessons from my days.

Reflections from real life.

What I’m learning.

What I’m building.

What I’m unlearning.

This community matters to me.

So as we close this chapter, let this final law stay with you:

Be grateful.

Intentionally.

Consistently.

Out loud.

Because gratitude keeps you grounded.

Gratitude unlocks multiplication.

Gratitude prepares you for more.

Happy New Year in advance, Thrivers.

Thank you.

Truly.

Your Fave,

Darasimi.
