I'm sure you are wondering who my superhero is.

Drumroll!!! Mr Adesoji Ademola.

My Daddy, the man has taught me more than any other person alive. It's not because he is my parent but because I was quick to observe and learn from him.

I knew, acknowledged and accepted that my father is wise and I was not going to be overfamiliar with him. I sit to learn from him everytime we are together. I ask him questions on matters just to get his opinion.

Here's the lesson I want you to take from this,.

You cannot learn from someone you refuse to acknowledge.

We are often blessed with great persons but we are too familiar to see them. All we see is the person we know and not the person they are.

This week, pay attention to the people around you and the uniqueness they have. The talents they possess, gifts they are given. Do your very best to acknowledge and honour what they have and you'll be able to learn from them more.
