I missed you! {{contact.first_name}}, did you?

Hey ,

I’ve missed you! Seriously.

If you noticed my absence over the past few days, it wasn’t intentional. My dad had his retirement party on the 11th, and between the planning, preparations, and celebrating, I got completely caught up.

But I’m back now—and I couldn’t let today pass without reaching out to you.

One thing that stood out to me during the event was the number of people who traveled from far and wide just to celebrate him. People who hadn’t seen him in years, people who had been impacted by him in one way or another, people whose lives he had touched—directly or indirectly. There were even people who were getting teary because he was retiring.

Why?

Because of his character. His good heart. His personality.

In a world that often rewards shortcuts, ruthlessness, and stepping on others to get ahead, it still pays to be good.

No matter how bad people treat you…

No matter how many times you feel unappreciated…

No matter how tempting it is to fight fire with fire…

Be a good person.

Your kindness, integrity, and character might not always bring instant rewards, but they are never wasted. People remember how you made them feel. And in the long run, that’s what truly matters.

So today, on Valentine’s Day—a day dedicated to love—I just wanted to remind you:

❤️ Keep being good.

❤️ Keep being kind.

❤️ Keep being you.

I missed you, and I’m happy to be back. Wishing you love, joy, and the kind of connections that make life meaningful.

With love,

Oluwadarasimi
